Met Gala 2015

So recently we were all in awe by the designer dresses worn at the 2015 Met Gala Ball (well I know I was). I love this time of the year when we get to see all our favourite models, designers, and stylish stars all hitting the Red Carpet. The theme exhibited the upcoming exhibit "China: Through The Looking Glass".
First of all lets start with Beyoncé. She showed off her inevitable figure leaving very little to the imagination in this amazing sheer embellished Givenchy gown.
Next, the amazing Kim Kardashian again left little to the imagination in a long sleeve white sheer embellished Roberto Cavalli gown with a feather train, while her husband Kanye West let her centerstage whilst he was in a black Cavalli tux.
Jennifer Lopez also then wowed us all in a red embellished Versace number, with full assets on display.
Kerry Washington then took centre stage in a flower-embroidered Prada gown. She almost looked resembled a literal Disney Princess. The green shoes and matching bag weren't my favourite choice but hey-ho the nights all about drama and making a statement and she sure did.
Kendall Jenner then made sure she had everyone green with envy in a jade crystal-embellished dress with lace up sides by Calvin Klein. One word. Fabulous!
So many gorgeous couples were also in attendance starting with Cassie and Diddy. They definitely turned a few heads too, Cassie wearing a white long-sleeved Zuhair Murad gown with sheer sides.
Gabrielle Union and husband Dwayne Wade were in attendance with the 'Being Mary Jane' actress wearing a long-sleeved form fitting aubergine number from Zac Posen and her fellow Miami Heat husband took her arm in a navy Versace tux accented with medallion brooches and a red sash underneath.
Lastly, John Legend and model-wife Chrissy Teigen channeled in timeless glamour in St.John and Gucci.
What an amazing evening it looked to be, and I bet like me your all wishing you were there too! Maybe one day we'll get to dress all glam in a posh frock and hang out with the stars! These were my top picks and favourite looks of the evening, and already I can't wait to see the outfit choices of the next Met Gala next year!
